We are a gymnastics family, we have been going to meets for over 12 years and have been heavily involved in planning them meets. 


We've always found that sending shoutouts is one of the most fun an engaging things you can do for your athlete. We also acknowledge that the process of writing shoutouts and collecting payments can be overwhelming for the kids and parents selling them and for the fans that want to high five their favorite team in the moment the magic happens.


This is why we created Ultimate Shoutouts, a platform that allows gyms to collect cashless payments, share the links with modern technologies like QR codes, and streamline the announcing process with easy to use announcer queue and moderation.

No hassle shout outs… a meet directors dream. Your announcer will thank you for not having to decipher chicken scratch messages from parents. Also no need to have kids running messages up the your announcer they are sent directly to them on the website.

You can create an account on the app by using the button on the top of this page.

Absolutely, we understand that planning a meet is stressful and schedules are not final until the last minute. But as soon as you have a schedule, you can share a link to the meet event so parents and loved ones can pre-order their shoutouts and your announcer will have a queue ready for them before the session has even started.

The minimum price per shoutout is $2.00 USD but you can charge more if you like. No matter what your price is, we only charge a $1.00 USD fee per shoutout.

People can either scan a QR code at the meet event or they can use a link prior to the meet in order to send their athlete their love. They can then pay using a credit card, Apple or Google pay.
